This course is designed to educate you on various compliance scenarios you may face in your dealership. The Course is based on a day in the life of a new F&I Manager named Bob. Throughout the course, Bob learns how Rules and Regulations impact his dealership, and him personally. Lessons include:

+  Common Violations
+  Sales & Desking
+  The F&I Process
+  Compliant Culture
+  Sound Practices

The Course ends with a brief recap of the Lessons and a final exam.
Learners who qualify with a passing grade will receive a formal written certification.

Please note: This course covers Federal Regulations, not individual State Regulations.

This course covers will teach you a variety of topics from Regulation B (Equal Credit Opportunity Act) to Regulation Z (Truth in Lending). It also covers specific Rules, Regulations and Laws pertaining to Red Flags Rule, OFAC, Adverse Action, Safeguard Rule, Privacy Act, 8300 Rule and Risk Based Pricing. The workshop ends with a final exam and those qualifying with a passing grade will receive a formal written certification.
